Regular maintenance minimises the risk of breakdown and helps lengthen the lifespan of your boiler too.

- Visual inspection – We will check that the boiler still meets current standards and requirements and look for any corrosion or leaks. We will also visually check the flame in your boiler were appropriate
- Removal of the boiler casing – We will check the all safety components to ensure everything is working correctly and then clean the inside of the boiler.
- Flue check – We will ensure there are no obstructions in the flue terminals and that the flue is safely fitted. We will also carry out a combustion analysis to make sure you boiler is producing the correct products of combustion
- Gas pressure check – this will ensure your boiler is working at the correct pressure.
- Heating filter- Cleaning of the heating system magnetic filter where appropriate

- Have your boiler services by a gas safe, qualified engineer
- Visual inspection – We will check that the boiler still meets current standards and requirements and look for any corrosion or leaks. We will also visually check the flame in your boiler were appropriate
- Removal of the boiler casing – Test all safety components to ensure everything is working correctly and then clean the inside of the boiler.
- Ignition -Removal and replacement of the spark electrodes and flame sensor- if required.
- Combustion chamber-Clean the combustion camber and replace the seal where required
- Flue check – We will ensure there are no obstructions in the flue terminals and that the flue is safely fitted. We will also carry out a combustion analysis to make sure you boiler is producing the correct combustion gas
- Gas pressure check – This will ensure your boiler is working at the correct pressure.
