“My boiler broke down! Deep mid-winter! I’d been given Flo-Rite/Jason’s .contact some months earlier. He was very impressive! Made a point of making time to come out, Punctual Polite & PROFESSIONAL! 100%. Pulled everything apart, fixed problem, for first time in years I now have proper hot water and proper heating! (Had been on blink for years also, despite my DIY attempts). Very reasonable, of that 100% also. Will now be getting Jason in for annual service and all maintenance. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“It took about an hour. A bird had fallen down the chimney, I rang the RSPCA who told me to get a qualified gas engineer to take out the old fire and free the bird. Jason came at the end of the day, it was a very hot day. He took out the old fire and caught the magpie in a sheet, took it out in to the garden and then put back the gas fire. He took time and trouble doing this, even taking out the frame again to ensure all the fittings were right. He was very professional and cannot fault any of this work.”

“When quoting the work Jason offered options as to how the pipework would be configured. To illustrate this he provided diagrams to help us decide on the best route. His time keeping was spot on and he was very tidy. He did a really good job.”

“We initially found Florite UK via Checkatrade and booked for a boiler service as the old back boiler was hard to ignite. On examination by Jason he informed us that there was a crack in the heat exchanger and showed me. We discussed various options and opted for a new Combi in the airing cupboard which would require new piping to be run as well as new flu and drainage piping. The price quoted was fair, he reshuffled other works to get it done sooner as we were without heating and he completed the work to a very high standard and on time and budget.
